EXPERIENCED PROPRTY MANAGER NEEDED TO:

· Coordinate property management services;

· Liase with clients, home owners, tenants, Field Inspectors, suppliers;

· Maintain up to date property management information for each property;

· Maintain property management systems with up to date and accurate information;

· Review property reports and findings and provide recommendations to client;

· Ensure tenant satisfaction with premises; communicate with tenants on day-to-day issues; rectify tenant issues; conduct regular property inspections;

· Implement rental process;

· Credit and reference checks

· Coordinate tenant renewals and rental increases;
Management of repairs and maintenance;

· Facilitate utility process for applicable properties;

· Liase with client, tenant, law firms to initiate utility services;
Manage operating budget for respective properties; ensure budget stays on target throughout the year;
Coordinate tasks in preparation for Landlord and Tenant Board matters;

· Liase with accounting department to ensure accounting matters are completed;

· Provide applicable reports to accounting team;
Maintaining effective communication between tenants, management, and owners;
Ensure all service contracts are up to date;

· Develop, modify, and customize Standard Operating Procedures;

· Ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations;

· Generate and complete reports as required;

· Meet terms of contract with proper allocation of costs;

· Oversee contract budgets and controls expenditures;

· Participate in client-owner meetings;

· Provide a first point of contact for clients, tenants, and sub-contractors;

· Assist with marketing tasks;

· Client needs analysis;

· Client Relationship Management;

· Assist in Business Development process;

· Assist in auditing process;

· Other real estate tasks;

· Bilingual speaking an asset.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience with YARDI or similar.
• Strong Lease Negotiations skills.

• Sound analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to identify risk mitigating liability.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills — MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
