The incumbent will join the Catalyst project team conducting longitudinal research on high potential employees in the pipeline. The Director will have extensive expertise in quantitative data analysis, including demonstrated experience with longitudinal research or time series analysis. Your volunteering fees are $150 a week (remember, this is money &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;YOU&lt;/span&gt; pay to participate), which helps to pay for your food, your room and supplies needed. What will you be doing? Well&amp;#8230;.. we need people of the like mind, motivated, energenic, concerned about our planet and want to change their own lives and the lives of people around them. Some of our activities would include, IF you knew how.. carpentry, plumbing, electrical, gardeners &amp;#8230;we need artists, sculpturists, painters&amp;#8230; we need beach combers and computor people! And &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;MORE&lt;/span&gt; you may , if we have enough volunteers at the moment, have the possiblitiy to participate on our 75ft motor/sailor which will head to San Blas for a week or so working to promote clean seas and a plastic free enviroment. We will be doing research in the reefs, villages, rivers, and hiking inland. We have a 16ft hobie cat, a kayak, zodiak and we plan to build a bamboo raft in order to help promote natural resorces. We spend time in the schools teaching the children about the hazards of plastic in the seas and are in the process of creating a booklet for them as well. But we also spend time in Puerto Lindo Panama which is right on the sea, building our eco center. Its there, it just needs to become an eco center, like right now I am building bunk beds for our volunteers, gardening, and building a bathroom. This means some light construction, masonery, gardening, electric, stuff like that&amp;#8230;. also putting our school book together, its in the intitial stages&amp;#8230;..&lt;br /&gt;&#10;If you are interested in hanging out with us on our boat, making Panama first eco center becaome a reality and/or floating around the San Blas helping these wonderful people, join us!
