IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager

As the IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for Vendor Management to oversee various Infrastructure & Application implementation projects with pre-defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA). You will also work with senior management to scope out future networking requirements and hardware/server sizing.

As part of your role you will be responsible for:- maintaining/auditing all company approved software and IT related hardware purchase aspects; development and implementation of related Information Technology strategies, standards, policies and procedures; overseeing the adherence to Company’s Security Standards & implementation guidelines for granting access to administrators and users by overseeing authentication framework to Company’s Infrastructure domain. For example, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Network, Wireless Network, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, etc. You will also provide guidance/support for Audit and Penetration testing and to ensure that the mitigation of Audit findings will be implemented as per the recommendations; manage Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity plans and annual testing; provide guidance in maintaining Risk Register from Information Technology perspective and ensuring adequate mitigation plans are in place and managing CAPEX budget for Company’s Information Technology Dept.

Required Minimum Qualifications: – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronic & Communication or equivalent – Sound knowledge of Router, switches and other relevant networking equipment – 15+ years technical experience. – 5+ years of PC support experience – 5+ years Vendor management experience. – Project Management skills to undertake medium to large size projects with proven ability to deliver all the projects within the given budget and timeline. – Strong Communications Skills (both written & verbal). – Must be able to work independently
