Accounting Administrator (Downtown Toronto)

Our client, a downtown not-for-profit organization requires an Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks experience to join their small team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Executive Director/Controller, you will be responsible for all general administration from ordering office supplies to executive calendaring and board of director minutes as well as regular bookkeeping functions.
You have three years of office administration with general accounting experience combined with relevant post-secondary education. This position requires experience with Microsoft Office and experience working within Quickbooks is MANDATORY . You have the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Excellent communication skills are also required.
