My client is seeking to hire an Administrator for their small friendly quiet office environment, who will manage the daily operations of the office as well as assist the project managers.
The successful candidate will be a team player, energetic, friendly, and extremely organized and MUST have previous experience working in a construction office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Answer and routing multiple phone lines;
•75% of time computer entering of trades' invoices in PRIMAVERA Contract Manager 13 software, including all data entry, requisitions and logs;
•Act as first point of contact for all office visitors;
•Receive and sort incoming mail and distribute;
•Match packing slips with invoices;
•Process outgoing mail and manage postage meter;
•Filing of all documents;
•Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment;
•Completing end of month progress billings for each job;
•Maintenance of company website and assistance with tendering and bidding including uploading of construction drawings online
Qualifications:
•Previous construction industry experience is a MUST
•2 - 4 years of experience within Administrative
•An excellent command of English language skills and the desire to take initiative and work as a team will be essential.
•Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
•Proficient with PRIMAVERA Contract Manager 13 software would be an asset
•Word, Excel, Outlook is a MUST
