Very Urgent Contract Subversion Change Control Analyst (Toronto)

Very urgently looking for Subversion Change Control Analyst, 2 to 4 years of Subversion work experience will be enough.
Location will be downtown Toronto.
Contact is 6 to 8 months to start with and has very good possibly of extension.
Hourly rate will be around $ 30 to 36 per hour.
Title: Change Control Analyst
The candidate's knowledge and expertise of the change control processes, procedures and knowledge of ClearCase/ClearQuest they will be required to develop and implement improvements, participate in reviews of the current processes and procedures, develop automation and /or streamline existing procedures and eliminating unnecessary procedures, provide user consultation and technical support with advanced technical knowledge for internal and external project activity.
Technical solutions must be developed, tested and implemented within all project deadlines
Unix/Solaris
Windows NT/2000
ClearCase
ClearQuest
Databases - Sybase, Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases.
SVN(Subversion)
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients to a senior management level
Ability to work under pressure and with associates at all levels.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Will "dumb down the requirements". Concentrate will be on someone with Subversion, which is an open source version control tool, and will train the candidate/incumbent on the rest.
