Administrative Assistant/Contract Administrator - permanent f/t opportunity with a well established growing Real Estate Investment and Development firm downtown Toronto.
Excellent work environment - corporate office. Salaried position + benefits
The Admintrative Assistant/Contract Administrator will be providing support to 4-5 executives / management staff in the firm
Will be responsible for General Administrative duties including:
- follow up with clients and legal in insuring that proposals are complete, package is received and completed on the clients end so that the organization's bid does not get disqualified.
Must have:
EXCEPTIONAL eye for detail / meticulous
3-5 years Administrative experience with exposure to Contracts - Bid, Contract Administration
High energy
Well polished (corporate office environment)
