Fast Growing Food Distribution Company is looking for a dyamic Customer Service Representative/Bilingual for their Concord location!!!!
Job Responsibilities
1. Pick up phone lines
2. Take customer orders in French and English
3. Process Sales order through email, fax or when customer calls to place order.
4. Familiarize with company’s accounting software used to place orders.
5. Learn the codes used to place orders that is used in the system
6. Filing, miscellaneous office administration
Job Requirements
1. Microsoft Office
2. Type at 45 words per min
