PHONE ATTENDANT/ DISPATCHER | FULLTIME AND PART TIME

Local Taxi Company requires a full time and part time phone attendant immediately. All shifts available, 7 days a week. This position will be responsible for the day to day assignment of orders to a fleet of drivers over a computerized dispatch system (Mobile Knowledge).
Job Responsibilities/ Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Oakville and surrounding areas
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Experience with handling a high volume of calls
- Strong typing skills
- Committed to maintaining good customer relations
- Previous taxi and/or dispatcher experience a strong asset
