Role summary:
Account Manager reporting to the CEO.
We are looking for Account Managers to help us find new clients. You will be assisting us with the development of new business.
Job Responsibilities:
· Identifying and Contacting new client opportunities
· Developing client relationships
· Dealing with clients candidate requirements.
· Resourcing candidate
· Matching suitable candidates to clients needs.
· Interviewing and evaluations of candidates
· Arranging interviews
· Negotiation of rates
Person specification:
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Articulate with an analytical and methodical approach.
· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
· Motivated and results driven.
Experience:
· Minimum of 2 year experience (Account/Sales Side)
· Business development, sales, cold calling experience
Additional Benefits:
· Commission - No base salary, very aggressive commission rate 50% for full cycle placement (25% for New Account Vacancies, 25% for Sourcing Candidates)
· If you bring existing clients, a higher rate is negotiable.
