BILINGUAL COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST AT NISSAN CANADA, $20+/HR (through Kelly Services)

Responsibilities
Contact customers either by phone or correspondence to make arrangements to bring their past due accounts up to date (outgoing/incoming calls)
Skip Tracing Banking information follows up
Make recommendations for special handling or intensified collections actions.
Keeps record of collections and status of accounts
Follow-up with either customers or insurance brokers to obtain proof of required insurance policies
Prepares letters, past due account reports, repossession files, bankrupt files and payment arrangements
Requirements
Must have 2+ CURRENT years experience in the area of Collections, preferably relating to automotive finance.
Fully bilingual in both French and English
Good time management and able to multi-tasking
Strong adaptability to new computer systems
Superior interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to make good decisions that positively impact the company
Strong analytical skills
