In this role, your responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, monitoring accounts, accounts receivable, preparation of tenant billings, and related correspondence. Requirements: • 2+ years property accounting experience in a commercial/industrial environment • Current enrollment in a CGA or CMA program required • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel required; experience with MRI Property Management software would be a strong asset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) This is a permanent, full-time position including benefits, a progressive and challenging workplace, and a commitment to teamwork and integrity.
