Level 2 Helpdesk Associate (Mississauga, Ontario)

Our client in the Mississauga area has an immediately available opening on its team for a Level 2 Helpdesk Associate. Taking on this full-time career opportunity, the Level 2 Helpdesk Associate will be responsible for taking initial telephone or email inquiries as well as managing hardware, software or network problems; the vast majority of these calls will be centered on the support of the Microsoft Suite of products. Additionally, the Level 2 Helpdesk Associate will function as the main point of contact for end users and will be in charge of troubleshooting issues over the phone, assisting in supporting the production floor, trouble-shooting and cabling terminals as required.
Requirements:
Candidates to meet consideration for this full-time opportunity as a Level 2 Helpdesk Associate will have one or more year of experience working in a similar role as well one or more year supporting Microsoft products. Hands-on experience repairing and trouble-shooting Office 2007, Windows XP and Mac personal computers as well as printers is required. Some exposure to Crystal Reports is a definite asset. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are desired.
