SAP Infrastructure Analyst (Toronto)

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a new group providing 2nd/3rd level technical support to a large, local user base. With your 5-10 years of experience providing SAP ERP support, this company is a stable organization within the healthcare industry. You will be able to have a significant impact as the organization creates and develops ITIL-based processes to provide outstanding support to the user community.
MINIMUM ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Support infrastructure technology components within a large multi-site SAP operation including the facilitation of support efforts among the company, 3rd party vendors, and clients in order to meet established service levels
o Effectively apply structured problem solving skills and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify impact and root causes, and develop action plans and resolution options
o Coordinate and execute the support, monitoring, testing, maintenance and change of the IT infrastructure environment, managing other support teams and third party vendors that provide levels 2, 3, and 4 support where required
o Maintain comprehensive business and technical knowledge of the IT infrastructure components in order to provide systems analysis
o Develop and implement plans to meet new and changing requirements for infrastructure based on an evolving enterprise environment
o Evaluate changes for production readiness, performance, and supportability by identifying and resolving problems, risks, and issues
o Contribute to the successful handling of infrastructure technology support activities such as change management, release management and disaster recovery management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
o Minimum 5 years working in finance and supply chain functionality in SAP
o Minimum 5-7 years experience supporting large ERP IT operational environments, processes and tools
o Conversant in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, procedures, and roles required
o Knowledge of Change, Incident, Problem and Management processes and tools, with the ability to direct internal and 3rd party support teams in the identification of root cause analysis of incidents and performance issues
