Bilingual French/English Call Centre Position 45 to 55k
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both French and English, both written and verbal. This is a multi-faced role within a medical centre, the position would include both responsibilities of quality assurance and acting as a liaison between health professional contractors, clients and customers.
The ideal candidate would be someone with:
Professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Previous call centre experience or experience dealing with external services.
Excellent time management and ability to multitask
Ability to manage a team with strong directional skills

Qualifications
Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
Post secondary Degree/Diploma completed (Health sciences would be an asset)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
2 years plus of previous work experience
*would be an asset if work experience is related recruiting and training, and/or healthcare, insurance, paramedical or other related fields.
Experience dealing with escalated calls and operations management
