World-class programmer for co-founder (Downtown)

Only looking for local talent - do not apply if you are outside Toronto. I know CL isn't the prime place to find a world-class programmer, but if you are one, and you're reading this - I'm not the avg. sketchy person with a shitty 'the next facebook' business.
I have 6 years exp. as a web designer and front end developer with a proven business model. I need an extremely smart, talented, motivated, committed.. all-round kick-ass programmer to get onboard & co-found the company with me. I need a ninja hacker to join the team because a) I need someone to cover the backend programming, and b) when we pitch to VC's, they love to see the developers as the founders. I follow the startup / investment world closely (also have talked to VC's) and know what is invested in and what is not - this is an 'investment-worthy' company.
We're creating a marketplace to connect with professionals & a platform for professionals to create new businesses, as well as grow their own. It's a very big opportunity; If that scares you, don't reply; If it excited you, please reply. I have the frontend of the site more or less done, have most of the numbers figured out and am talking to VC's. Boot-strapping the first city launch (3 months dev. time) is still in the question.
You must:
• Have extensive experience developing large sites, algorithms, etc.
• Be exceptionally smart - you will be a co-founder & CTO, not just a developer
• Be comfortable as CTO, hiring, etc.
• Want to do something exciting and challenging
• Be willing to move to California
