Sales Consultant/ Full Cycle Recruitment Diamond Personnel Inc. - Toronto, Canada Area
Job Description
In this position you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of permanent placement from candidate recruitment and screening to candidate delivery in a very successful home staffing company. You will be responsible for client development and marketing to building trust throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities:
- Confer with families to sell the Diamond Personnel Experience and to identify personnel needs through the Partnership Plan Design and complete job descriptions (client engagement documents), ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and Diamond Personnel business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, candidates, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source future clients.
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruitment resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizationsto attract new clients.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates and clients about the family, candidate and position.
- Prescreens candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to families for collaboration and approval.
- Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates and families Evaluate all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by families inclusive of theuse of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and families.
- Prepares candidates for interviewing with families and specific by providing detailed information on the family, Diamond Personnel code of ethics, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
- Organizes and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and with family and candidates.
- Reviews the candidates' interview performance and provides feedback when warranted.
- Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with families.
- Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the family and within the guidelines of all provincial and federal laws.
- Manage sthe presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with families and new hires Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation in database on all candidates, searches, family interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
- Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in writtenform Works cooperatively with all members of the Diamond team Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective business development strategies.
- Develops an effective pipeline of key families potentially requiring new candidates as succession planning needs dictate.
- Stays informed of trends and innovative techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art agency practices.
- Desired Skills & Experience High energy level and have a sense of urgency.
- Not afraid of making marketing calls to potential clients and current clients Confidence in their ability to generate results.
- Outstanding customer service skills Natural ability to close a deal Complete understanding of the recruitment process but willing to train right candidate.

- Ability to motivate and influence Microsoft Office Suite Social Media Marketing savvy.
