Recruitment Consultant
The recruitment coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and identifying talent, fill all job openings and perform general HR duties for the department for our client in CONCORD Ontario.
Main Functions:
? Develop Recruitment Plans and strategies to target and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, third party job boards, industry events, etc.
? Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from creating job advertisements, qualifying candidates to position requirements for current and future opportunities; candidate assessment and present candidates with overall assessments and hire recommendations (pre-screening to identify "fit" and aptitude).
? Design, build and implement innovative recruitment programs
? Act as an ambassador, demonstrating and articulating the client's values, culture, work environment, business strategies, benefits, and other areas of interest to a candidate as necessary
? Identify strategic sources for talent and measure results of each source
? Other duties as required
Requirements:
? 3 to 5 years of recruitment expertise including specialized skills in recruitment in a HIGH VOLUME atmosphere, experience in international recruitment would be an asset as well as experience in effectively recruiting the passive job seeker
? Proven creative ability in sourcing candidates, marketing experience an asset
? Self-directed, initiative taker
? Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
? Proven ability to work collaboratively within a human resources team as well as independently
? Highly motivated, conscientious individual, who is detailed and very organized
? WHOLESALE industry experience REQUIRED
