Customer Care Representative (Milton)

Pivotal Staffing is currently hiring for a Customer Care Representative to work for our client in Milton. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain excellent relations with Distributors, Customers and other Departments within the organization to ensure complete service both internally and externally
Entry and/or verification, correction, of orders from multiples sources (fax, on-line, EDI) into the ERP system.
Follow up with Customers for pricing or delivery variances between Purchase Order and ERP system defaults and adjust order as necessary
Follow up with Logistics, revise customer orders, and inform customers on overdue sales order lines
Respond to and enter new contacts into CRM system on the following types of incoming customer telephone/email inquires, order status, changes, additions, deletes, price and stock information, general product questions, customer inquires and RMA requests into the CRM system
Qualifications:
Excellent Verbal and written English communication skills
College Diploma in Business Administration
Minimum 5 years experience in a Customer Support role
Minimum 2 years data entry experience.
Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, and Word
Well organized and ability to multi-task
