Job Description:
MJR requires goal-oriented individuals to collect and locate overdue accounts by telephone in our Markham location
Skills/Qualifications:
-Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in the collection environment
-Superior negotiation & communication tactics
-Strong problem solving and use of Excel
-Knowledgeable in dealing effectively with the public
-Possess a strong and professional work ethic
-Proficient in English (additional languages are an asset)
