The Business Exchange & DealsforBiz.com is looking for a dynamic team player. We invite applications from motivated, driven, and focused graphic designers to design ads for The Business and The Real Estate Exchange magazines, as well as web design for DealsforBiz.com. Based in Markham, this position is responsible for meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced environment at the same time ensuring client satisfaction. Graphic Designers are responsible for creating result-driven media solutions for clients looking to target a niche market through print, online, and trade show advertising.
This fast-paced position is for you if you can:
- Type 70 words per minute;
- Can Design on Macs and PCs;
- Capable of designing in HTML;
- Experienced in Designing in all Adobe Programs;
- Familiar with Corel Draw;
- Managing client issues;
- Develop client relationships through exceptional customer service;
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal staff;
- Working cooperatively within a team environment.
We want you if you:
- Are a self-starter with a positive attitude;
- Have previous magazine or media graphic design experience;
- Posses a team spirit and able to work independently;
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communications skills;
- Manage hectic daily minutia with ease;
- Strong computer skills are a must;
- Well organized -- attention to details:
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
