They have locations all over the world, and helps companies communicate easily and effectively through our managed video conferencing solutions. Video conferencing is at the forefront of collaborative technologies designed to deal with global business. Our client enables video conferencing from soft phones, dedicated hardware, through to 3G mobile phones.
Position Overview
Reporting into Head of Carrier Services, the CRM Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details, and have analytical thinking skills. Additionally, this role will require knowledge of business processes.
Responsibilities
- Policing of Company Data, which is entered by a number of CRM users.
- Ensuring data is correct across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, etc.
- Identifying and correcting errors made by systems users
- Communicating errors made by users in a friendly, helpful manner
- Checking to ensure that all cases are up to date in real time
- Ensuring all data fields are populated correctly at all times
- Reporting improper system usage to Senior Management
- Providing Central point of contact for all change requests & system alterations
- Support, administer, and implement application security best-practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Customer Service/helpdesk experience
- 3-5 years experience working with a CRM Tool, experience with Sage is an asset
- Proven reporting skills, detail oriented, process-oriented
- Must be self motivated
