I need a website that will be promoting concerts, venues, and artists and events in general. I need a custom design that is sleek to attract the younger population and also to have a older population attracted too.

Needs to be all about EVENTS. Images of tickets, feeds for the recent events. Events need to be categorized according to location in the US and Zip-Code searchable. Should be able to sell tickets directly through paypal.

The layout should include

Events
Featured Event
Upcoming Events
Events by city
Event by type
Event by Price

This is an overview of what i am looking for i will expand on things later when the project starts.
