Purpose:
• As a key member of Information Technology, this position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and modifying programming systems
• Supporting the Technical Group with customer improvement projects.
• Assist in the on going infrastructure improvement projects
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Experience in working with warehouse management systems
• Customer Service oriented both internal and external
Essential Qualifications Requirements
• Two to five years experience in computer programming
• A minimum of 1 year of professional software development experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• 2 + years experience writing complex database queries in SQL.
• Knowledge of standard programming concepts, practices and procedures
• Knowledge of wireless services, Web, FTP and email
• Ability to translate business requirements/processes into configuration and development specifications
• PHP knowledge
• Ability to understand user requirements
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux/Mac/Windows operating systems and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously
• Facilitation and change management skills
• Creativity and latitude

Duties
• Review, analyze and modify programming systems, including coding, testing and debugging
• Document programming
• Plan and accomplish goals
• Assist in infrastructure improvements
• Technology Project Implementation
• Support customer requirements
• Performs technology needs and analysis
• Manages small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules
• Assists with technology planning through ongoing research
