Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual with superior customer service skills. As a Bilingual (French/English) Client Coordinator you would be the main point of contact for clients

Responsibilities
-The client coordinator will act as the face of organization for the clients.
-Interact with the client on a day to day basis in a pleasant manner and handle queries, issues effectively and efficiently.
-Work closely with all departments (coordinate)
-Take direction from the v.p of operations
-Input and update content
-Coordiate for the events
-Help with administrative duties
Qualifications
-Must be bilingual (french & english)
-Must have previous experience in a order desk/client coordinator role
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
