BILINGUAL HELPDESK SUPPORT (Mississauga)

Responsibilities:
-Actively monitor servers, services, components and log files -
-Troubleshoot and provide first level support, analysis and escalate incidents which require urgent
-Assist in the creation of User Guides and all support documents including training material,
-Meet Service Level Agreements
-Conduct trend analysis and prepare reports on system
-software updates and the installation of new software with internal support departments and external users of the system
Qualifications:
-Flawless english/french
-A minimum 2 years + in a helpdesk role
-Must be available to work in a 24/7 environment
-Knowledge of operating system technologies
