Our client is currently looking to add to their team a professional and experienced IT Administrator to provide administration and support. This Scarborough office is 160 people and growing!
Key Duties:
-Manage and maintain Servers, Workstation, Laptop, Network connectivity, System security and user group permissions
-Provide business related technical support and troubleshoot various IT concerns as needed.
-Perform software installations and upgrades to operating system.
-Determine system requirements and needs, prepare upgrade proposals as necessary.
-Conduct continuous improvement on the Company's information systems by staying current on -improvements in the IT industry as related to Company's needs.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
The ideal candidate will have post secondary education, experience in a similar role and come from a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SQL Server(is NOT mandatory) and ERP system knowledge and experience is mandatory such as EDI You must be able to work well independently, have good organizational and communication skills as well as a positive and professional attitude. glienhart@optionscs.com
