Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Representative (Brampton)

So what would you do in this role?
-Calling existing clients and request or encourage order replenishment.
-Introduce new products and promotions to clients.
-Receive inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries.
-Establish and maintain a maximum level of customer satisfaction.
-Other duties as assigned.
How can we tell if you are qualified?
-Perfectly Bilingual in French and English (will be tested).
-A minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service position with upselling experience.
-Post-Secondary education completed (will be verified).
-Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
-An assertive, well-organized self-starter with a sales attitude.
-Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent customer service ability and a pleasant telephone manner.
