We have successfully launched our first 59 stores in Canada and will be opening more in 2011. We are currently looking for a managers for our Vaughan Mills location.
These positions will play a key role growing our brand, fostering our company culture for our Associates and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for our Customers.
Managment lead a team of associates to deliver a best in class customer experience that results in profitable top-line sales growth.
Responsibilities include:
· Delivers a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth
· Execute visual standards and maintain a safe, inviting store appearance
· Maximize sales potential by coaching to associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the backroom
· Analyze the business, create and communicate clear action plans that optimize results
· Assist in meeting payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus
