Real Estate office in Vaughan looking for part-time receptionist for evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- You must have exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
- At least average computer skills required including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, QOC, EZ Offer and TREB.
- You must be highly professional.
- Must be able to work 3 evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional phone manners.
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience in real estate.
- Reliable and responsible.
Job Description:
- Answer phone and email inquiries when required.
- Answer multi-lined phone system efficiently and quickly with clear professionalism.
- Upload listings, book appts, contact vendors with appointment requests and confirm with agents.
- Prepare Offers and Feature Sheets.
- Provide customer service to walk-in’s at the front desk.
- Perform administrative tasks as required/requested by agents.
- Ensure that the office is kept clean and tidy.
