Executive Search Consultant
To become an integral part of our recruitment team, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly driven Executive Search Consultant with a strong track record, to build a portfolio within a specific discipline or market. Our Consultants specialize in a market sector or job function (senior and executive management) within one of our niches; Information Technology, Engineering and Infrastructure Services, Mining; Health care; Luxury Goods and Retail, extending across the broader public and private sectors. We believe this approach enables our team to develop an expert knowledge and an extensive talent pool that is second to none.
With a Masters degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience in candidate research and recruitment at the management search level, your articulate communication skills and high degree of professionalism consistently result in exceptional client service and the ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle. Demonstrating a passion for business development, you will build clientele based on your previous reputation and expertise in a particular niche or discipline. In addition, you will demonstrate past examples of resourcefulness, creative problem solving and initiative. A true people-person, you enjoy networking and participating in industry-related events.
A key point of differentiation for our firm is our ability to source ideal candidates within record timeframes. Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit a solid history and understanding of executive search and recruitment.
