Located in Markham, our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their corporate office. Responsibilities will include handling a large volume of email and phone inquiries for several accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in both official languages (English and French);
• Strong communication skills – able to converse in both English and French on a daily basis;
• Previous customer service and/office experience required;
• Proficient with Word and Excel;
• Post-secondary education required

• Must have good credit
