DEPARTMENT: Digital Marketing
REPORTS TO: Digital Marketing Director
We are looking for an individual to join our exciting Digital Marketing team in a fulltime capacity as an SEO Specialist. The qualified candidate will manage our Search Engine Optimization efforts for all of the Sunwing Travel Group Brands (Sunwing, Signature Vacations, SellOffVacations, Royalton Hotels, Blue Diamond Hotels, etc.).

A strategic venture with travel giants TUI Travel PLC saw the amalgamation of national tour operation and luxury brand Signature Vacations and travel retailer SelloffVacations.com under the Sunwing Travel Group umbrella. Position Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings
• Keyword research (discovery and expansion) and top keywords ranking
• Competitor analysis
• Meta tag development
• Interact with a copywriter and web designers to optimize pages for search
• Research and resolve HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues
• Back link (link-building) strategy and execution
• Directory submissions and revisions
• Internal link optimization
• Coordination of efforts with the SEM Specialist
• Continually monitor, track, and report on SEO metrics, including trend analysis
• Troubleshoot and resolve keyword ranking issues
• Stay up to date on the latest organic search developments
Skills and Qualifications:
Candidate must possess the following:
• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing required
• 2+ Years of experience managing SEO for an agency or end-client
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (or other web analytics platforms)
• French written and oral skills a definite asset
