Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and support all administration activities
  • Liaise with different department to ensure clear and concise preparation of legal documents
  • Maintain client contact through professional letters and communiqués

Required Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years in administration in the finance industry (banking, insurance or investment)
  • Strong computer competency (MS Office)
  • Can do attitude
  • Enthusiasm to join a winning team
  • Excellent French and English both written and verbal (will be tested)
