Bilingual Executive Assistant (Toronto)

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and support all administration activities
- Liaise with different department to ensure clear and concise preparation of legal documents
- Maintain client contact through professional letters and communiqués
Required Experience:
- 2 to 3 years in administration in the finance industry (banking, insurance or investment)
- Strong computer competency (MS Office)
- Can do attitude
- Enthusiasm to join a winning team
- Excellent French and English both written and verbal (will be tested)
