Customer Service Assistant/Jack of all Trades – Food Industry
Milton
Permanent – Immediate
Our client is busy making wonderful baked goods and needs someone who can field a lot of different requirements for them. You can’t be overly concerned about titles – you are going to be more concerned about keeping everyone from getting grumpy and often you may feel like a ping pong ball.
The Role:
• Act as back up receptionist and directs incoming calls and visitors
• Prepares product samples for delivery – work with test kitchen, shipping, client for instructions – ensure all samples are logged and tracked
• Recorder and keeper of all certificates of insurance
• Confirm inventory levels at all storage facilities weekly for all locations, communicate discrepancies, investigate and adjust accordingly with approvals
• Arrange for couriers, track CHEP pallets, book conference rooms, file and smile
You will need:
• Knowledge of Macola, CRM systems and strong user of MS Office Suite
• 2-5 years’ related experience or combination of experience and training
• Strong communication skills – both written and oral
• Must be a good strong decision maker – possess common sense
• Must be available for overtime as required and be willing to learn new tasks
• Sing under pressure
