Quantum is currently seeking candidates interested in temporary Receptionist roles in the downtown core. We have several temporary positions starting in October in exciting industries such as advertising, property management, not-for-profit, and government. These are great opportunities for individuals seeking part-time or occasional work in between other commitments!
The ideal candidate will have some reception experience and will be well organized, friendly and energetic to be able to greet all visitors and leave a lasting positive impression of the company.
Salary from $11 to $14 (Hourly)
Essential duties:
- Operate main telephone switchboard and direct calls to appropriate staff member
- Greet and announce all in person visitors, provide general information
- Check general voicemail daily and forward messages
- Process and log all incoming/outgoing courier packages
- Record meeting room bookings and calendar appointments
- Provide general administrative support to senior staff as required
- Ensure front reception area is presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, minimum requirement
- Minimum of 1-2 years of reception experience
- Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The salary level will vary based on your experience and the clients are located in downtown Toronto.
