Our client in west end GTA is looking for an IT Project and Support Associate to provide IT Support Services in a Microsoft/SAP based environment.
Ideally they would like someone with experience interfacing SAP with manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the SAP / IT Manager with any and all related matters, as outlined below:
· Provide Project assistance and Project Tracking
· Provide Project Leadership if required
· Provide SAP and IT functional and technical support for all users.
· Resolve SAP and IT related issues and improve processes
· Provide Systems analysis where directed
· Provide systems research where directed
· Test processes and systems
· Create and maintain documentation
Essentials:
IT Project experience required.
The ability to support users from a general IT perspective essential.
SAP Experience preferred but experience with other ERP systems a definite advantage.
EDI knowledge and experience also very beneficial.
