We are looking for a Bilingual Enterprise Support Consultant who will service our clients, by providing development support in a hands-on, team environment in both English and French. Responsibilities also include providing a range of software support services, in conjunction with other technical support team members. Providing knowledgeable technical expertise and support to clients in a tactful manner demonstrating a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Maintaining the Technical Support tracking system by preparing accurate and detailed summaries of each technical support request.
• Effectively communicating with clients using a variety of means including telephone and e-mail.
• Minimum of 3 years experience using ESRI software products
• Minimum of 2 years experience using ESRI developer software including ArcObjects and ArcGIS Server Web API's
• University degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Desktop and Server, and ArcSDE
