Job description
The incumbent will be responsible for the IT infrastructure and clients. You will report directly to the CEO. Work will largely consist of in office work, but will require onsite client visits from time to time. Account and Project management will vital aspects of the position.

Experience managing technical staff
Experience managing projects of various sizes
Strong organization skills
Must have ability to multitask and prioritize
Fluent/Exceptional written and spoken English
Exceptional customer service experience
Technical background in supporting desktops, laptops, servers and networks.
Ability to read and write technical documentation
Strong sense of business and IT and how they correlate
Experience in managing an "IT company" an asset
Apple experience a bonus
Technical knowledge of
Network and Server Architecture for small/medium size business
IT workflow and process
Backup Strategies
Security policies and structure
Windows 7
Microsoft Server 2008
Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010
Sql Server 2005/2008
Ticket System experience
Network Troubleshooting
Firewall configuration and support
