Bilingual Technical Support Representative (Mississauga)

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide internal hardware and software support for clients
- Identify and understand the inquiry and find the appropriate response
- Create troubleshoot ticket and track progress report
- Provide a high level of service to their clients, follow up to ensure system upgrades, changes have effectively been implemented.
Required Experience/Competencies/Education:
- Post-secondary education completed in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 2 years experience in Technical Support
- Proficient in Ms Office and network support.
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
Highly Desired Experience/Competencies/Education:
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Customer Service experience
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Problem Solver, able to work under pressure
