Bilingual Technical Support Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of printing and imaging solutions for offices and homes, is in immediate need for a Bilingual (English/French) Technical Support Representative for a Long-term Contract Position.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Provide problem determination of printer, software, and hardware failures
• Previous hands-on technical experience required
• 3+ years experience in a technical service environment
• Excellent communication skills and telephone mannerisms
• Experience in servicing laser and/or ink-jet printers is a definite asset
• Proven problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in computer software, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and in a team environment as required
