Content Analyst - 1 year contract (Mississauga)

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position, within the Corporate Purchasing Team, reports to the Director, Purchasing Services. The Content Analyst will provide implementation support, ongoing training, and build procedures and processes to support our cost saving and compliance initiatives. The position will also support our buyers and users by providing reports, data and process training. The position will be especially appealing to individuals who enjoy technology, problem solving, and teaching others.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Assisting with the configuration and data loading of e-Procurement tools (Ariba and SAP)
? Maintaining essential data elements for both users, suppliers and content
? Provide necessary reports, data collection and analysis to support our Sourcing teams
? Support adoption of the tools throughout the organization
? Working with suppliers to assist them with adoption of these tools and providing technical answers.
? Training users and managing Service Ticket processes
? Assist with enabling Punch-out catalogs
? Support and devise auditing reports and analysis
? Support, train and administer Ariba on-demand sourcing tools
POSITION OUTCOMES:

? SAP Expert in catalog loading and Vendor Technical Requirements
? Expert reporting and analysis support
? Ariba resource for Contracts and Sourcing module.
? Master data validation and entry as required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
? Post Secondary education
? Experience in Purchasing
? Strong systems knowledge and aptitude
? Team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
? Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
? Ability to teach others
PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
? Excel Proficiency
? Reporting and Analysis
? SAP Experience
