Bilingual Installer (FRENCH/ENGLISH)

Primary duties and responsibilities:



· Customize software settings to meet customer requirements

· Validate data conversion

· Resolving problems and concerns from customers

· Train users of DMS application and provide guidance

· Performs other duties as required

· Travel: generally 3 weeks per month



Skills Required:



· Must be Bilingual; French and English

· Knowledge of car dealership processes

· Basic computer skills - especially with PC's in the Windows environment

· Knowledge of IBM iSeries servers would be helpful

· Good problem solving skills

· Good communication skills

· Good people skills

· Ability to work against deadlines

· Ability to handle pressure well

· Works well with little supervision
