Pay Rate: 15.00/Hour + Commissions ($5 for each sale- Monthly and Quartely Bonus)
Hours of Work: Must be flexible to work anytime between 8am-10pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm Saturday. 36.25 hours per week.
Job Location: Markham- Steeles & Warden, Free Parking

Job Description:

- Handle inbound calls from existing customer activating credit cards, promoting insurance, and upgrading cards
- Work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
- Maintain acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality
- Reach monthly sales target goals

Job Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 1 year of Call Center or Customer Service upselling experience
- Completion of Post-Secondary education
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Must have clear credit and criminal background!!!!!
- A car is an asset
