Ajax - Overnight Reset Merchandising Team Needed For Home Depot (Ajax, Midland )

We are currently recruiting for overnight Reset Merchandisers to represent our client The Home Depot in Ajax, Toronto, Midland, and Surrounding Area
Compensation is extremely competitive and we are looking for individuals that are committed and are available to work for us on a year round basis. Please note, you must be willing to travel with your team within your territory and some overnight travel may be required.
Key responsibilities of a Reset Merchandiser:
•Detailed cleaning of gondolas, shelves, wood fixtures, and floor / ceiling tiles, etc.
•Move shelves; rotate stock; display products and POG materials as appropriate per reset schematic.
•Unload and install merchandise.
•Set up departments and pricing per planograms.
•Work with store personnel to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence and build customer good will on reset projects.
•Responsible for special reset projects as assigned.
•Travel with a team to complete overnight reset work.
•Work in collaboration with the designated on-site Project Manager to deliver on reset objectives with excellence.
Qualifications
•Must be available to work overnight shift with hours between 9PM and 8AM and travel with your team in your assigned territory. Some overnight travel may be required.
•Maintain a deep understanding of marketing, sales and retailer's objectives and offer innovative and best in-class
•Merchandising solutions supported by strategic thinking and multi-facetted analysis.
•Ability to read and follow a planogram.
•Prior reset experience and/or merchandising experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big box retailers is a strong asset.
•Previous reset experience required.
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision making and leadership skills a plus.
Physical Requirements:
•Stand on your feet for up to 8-9 hours on a nightly basis.
•Lift up to 50 lbs. unaided.
•Stoop/bend /flex legs and knees.
•Ability to operate a hammer, screwdriver, wrench, power drill, socket and ratchet
