Property Administrator
Reporting: Property Manager.
Location: Toronto, ON (M1E 4C1)
Responsibilities
• Property management office administration
• Vacancy and arrears management,
• Preparation of legal forms (N4, N5, etc)
• Tenant file administration,
• Lease administration, tenant liaison, maintenance management.
• Reliable vehicle required for travel between sites
• Other assignments as reasonably directed from time to time.
Qualifications
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in residential property management -- preferably in non profit or social housing;
• Sound knowledge of Yardi
• Knowledge of RTA an asset;
• Strong knowledge of RGI;
• Ability to meet deadlines proficiently;
• Experience with leading others, ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills -- MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong administrative experience in Residential Property Management.
