Property Administrator (Toronto)

Property Administrator Required for 1,000 Residential Units in the Toronto area.
? Processing of credit reports for perspective applicants.
? Upon approval of applicant complete lease and welcome documents
? Enter all daily deposits, debit transactions and EFT to client accounts.
? Complete necessary reporting for arrears and prepare legal documents and letters.
? Liaise with residents, staff and management to ensure client satisfaction.
? Prepare necessary notices.
? Assist tenants with work orders, complaints, assigned parking spots, provided visitor parking passes & collecting of monthly rent payments.
? Prepare deposits for bank and enter into log.
? Receive documentation from residents and forward to head office for processing.
? Show prospective clients available suites within the building.
? Assist prospective clients with application process.
? Complete landlord and employer references for prospective clients.
? Upon approval, advised candidate of approval and completed welcome package.
? Arrange follow up appointment with new residents to obtain final signatures, information for parking and arranged for their elevator booking.
? Submit to head office weekly leasing and traffic reports.
? Providing administrative and clerical support, schedule appointments, handle phone calls, prepare time sensitive information and work on various computer programs.
? Compile necessary information from Administrators and Site superintendents to complete weekly Availability report.
? Arrange necessary advertisement for property managers and meet with company representatives.
? Compile and complete weekly portfolio update for upper management.
Must have Yardi experience.
