Highly successful & growing exponentially this International Property Development company is looking for a new CO-ORDINATOR, SALES ADMINISTRATION to assist new home buyers/agents/internal sales staff .

• assist purchasers with color selection & walk-in inquiries
• assist agents with commission splits, interim & final ‘closing procedures’
• assist internal sales staff with writing contracts/preparing amendments & various sales documents

• assist manangement with commission speadsheet/master control spreadsheet & prepare monthly sales team statistics & monthly firmed deals reports

MUST HAVE: – new home builder/property development industry experience – experience with real estate contracts & various sales documents – advanced EXCEL
