Our client who is a leader in the medical industry is seeking a bilingual (french/english) marketing coordinator to join their amazing team at their Mississauga office.

What you will be doing in this role
-Coordinate customer meetings
-Coordinate direct customer contact for above specific events including invitations, accommodation, travel itineraries, event planning
-Work collaboratively with advertising agency, designers, vendors, and promotion companies
-Assist in the editing and development of marketing product and program
-Assist in the development of marketing materials
-Serve as project manager
-Assist with website content updates
-Support administrative activities of the department

Qualifications
-Must be bilingual (french/english)
-Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role
