Beretta Farms, a leader in organic and natural meat products, is growing again and we would like you to work for us.
We are looking for a strong and entrepreneurial Company Administrator to join our Management team, with the ability to think on the run and be able to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Company Administrator must perform a range of duties supporting departmental managers and support to General Manager to ensure seamless operations of company administration and office environment. S/he develops and implements policies, programs and procedures regarding business and human resources, recruitment, training and development, payroll and benefit administration, administration of vendor/organic applications and office administration. The Company Administrator represents management and participates actively on various joint committees to maintain ongoing relations between management and employees.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Self- starter and attention to detail in all areas of work
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry would be an asset
